Mindful Leadership: Our Board's Impactful Direction

Our dedicated Board of Advisors, grounded in our founding principles, navigates the transformative intersection of neuroscience, individual well-being, organizational psychology, mindfulness, and other leading-edge disciplines. Meet the individuals driving our mission towards well-guided and impactful outcomes.

Unlock the power of scientifically backed techniques to enhance organizational and individual growth.

Explore our innovative methods, integrating mindfulness, psychology, neuroscience, and quantum physics to enrich workplace culture, heighten productivity, catalyze career progression, and cultivate personal growth.

Our Key Methods

  • Mindfulness and Positive Psychology is the process of improving your awareness and focus, to override reactive emotional tendencies and begin to change habitual neurotransmitter patterns.

  • A dynamic, transformative coaching model that systematically addresses how you relate to the world through your language, moods/emotions, mental models, physiology, and observational lens. Ontological coaching is often a catalyst for paradigm shifts. It is a bedrock model of coaching that addresses where real change happens: below the surface. Behavioral change accounts for only 10% of your overall performance and results.

  • An emerging field of study focused on understanding the elements of change from the perspective of the brain. We apply the latest neuroscience discoveries to better leverage change in our clients.

  • Our empirically based approach delves into the intricate dynamics of focused intention and visualization, linking them to tangible outcomes. Insights from psychology, neuroscience, and quantum physics reveal how our thoughts and beliefs can shape behavior and circumstances, offering a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection and consciousness. Pioneering researchers continue to illuminate this field, shedding light on the mechanisms behind achieving desired results.

  • This approach develops an awareness of the habitually recurring thinking patterns that create your mood states and reactions to circumstances. As negative thought patterns can be personally and interpersonally destructive, we coach you to transmute destructive thoughts to minimize the impact on your performance and mood.
